Com uma programação dinâmica e interativa com toda a comunidade escolar, o Instituto Brasil Solidário, através do projeto Plano Bienal Brasil Solidário, realizou nos 15 e 16 de maio, uma jornada intensa de oficinas práticas, na Escola Municipal Ercina Monteiro. A iniciativa foi aberta para participação de alunos e educadores da rede pública de ensino, contando com apoio da Prefeitura de Porto Nacional, por meio da Secretaria de Educação do município, na mobilização e no fomento das atividades.
As formações ofertadas de forma gratuita, envolveram desde atividades de Artes Cênicas, Pintura e Desenho, Fotografia, Música, Oficinas Criativas, Bordado e Patchwork com participação de familiares dos alunos, até uma capacitação em Mediação de Leitura, incluindo a construção de espaços literário, com materiais para montagem da biblioteca e doação de acervo de 500 livros para os projetos de leitura na região. Para as ações de educomunicação, a escola recebeu 3 câmeras fotográficas para os alunos desenvolverem as atividades.
Segundo Joana dos Reis, Secretária de Educação de Porto Nacional, a proposta chega somando ao currículo escolar do município, com capacitações que vão enriquecer as propostas pedagógicas promovidas na escola. “A escola é um espaço aberto onde conseguimos reunir vários talentos, e quando encontramos parcerias como essa, que chega somando com o dia a dia da escola, isso contribui muito para a educação de qualidade para os nossos alunos, pois a educação não se faz apenas dentro dessas quatro paredes, precisa dessas parcerias para fortalecer a formação do cidadão, então só temas a agradecer e parabenizar o IBS pelo projeto”, destacou a Secretária de Educação.
Além das oficinas, a proposta levou uma ação de saúde com atendimento médico e odontológico. Em Porto Nacional, a proposta ajudou no atendimento de casos como câncer de pele e até procedimentos cirúrgicos, oportunizando tratamentos e diagnóstico com profissionais voluntários que são referência na área de saúde, sem custo para a comunidade.
Com um longo histórico de ações sociais em escolas públicas do Tocantins, para este ano, o projeto teve a oportunidade de preparar uma programação com percurso em quatro municípios da região: Porto Nacional, Novo Acordo, Ponte Alta e Mateiros. a iniciativa está sendo realizada a partir da parceria do IBS com a Bayer, com foco em fortalecer ações continuadas de valorização da arte e cultura dentro das propostas pedagógicas curriculares.
“Tocantins faz parte da trajetória IBS desde 2001, sendo uma das primeiras regiões a receberem nossas ações sociais, e seguiu fazendo história nos projetos promovidos junto com o Rally dos Sertões, este ano, retornamos trazendo novas oportunidades tanto nas ações presenciais como em capacitações EaD, levando aos educadores várias iniciativas que podem dinamizar as aulas, integrar arte, cultura, educomunicação junto a práticas sustentáveis, com materiais de fácil acesso na escola”, ressaltou Luis Salvatore, Diretor Presidente do Instituto Brasil Solidário.
SUSTENTABILIDADE, ARTE E CULTURA COMO TEMA TRANSVERSAL
Trabalhando com o tema “Água” com foco em reforçar sobre a importância dos recursos naturais e do cuidado com o meio ambiente, as oficinas foram realizadas utilizando materiais reciclados, reaproveitados, e de fácil acesso na comunidade, apresentando ideias simples, replicáveis e que já são multiplicadas nas 5 regiões do Brasil, através da metodologia do Programa de Desenvolvimento da Educação – PDE, do Instituto Brasil Solidário.
No eixo de Incentivo à Leitura, a escola ganhou espaços literários lúdicos e criativos, com mobiliários sendo construídos a partir da reciclagem. Os cantinhos de leitura contam com prateleiras e nichos de paletes, além de almofadas, tapetes e aventais literários produzidos dentro da Oficina de Bordado e Patchwork, feito pelas mãos da comunidade e familiares dos alunos, com uso de retalhos e restos de tecido.
Em Oficinas Criativas, a turma participou da montagem de um escovódromo sustentável todo feito de pneus, integrada as atividades de Pintura e Desenho na escola. Tem ainda o Teatro e a Música, com direito a apresentação dos alunos e muito arte circense dando espaço para o protagonismo dos alunos em todas as atividades.
